• 1. Login to your account and click on "Subscriptions" in the top right-hand section of the page. Your active subscription should display and from there


  • 2.  Click on "Edit" on the right-hand side of the subscription underneath the section titled Details 


  • 3. You may now edit your subscription in the following ways:  

    • You can add meals to your order by clicking on the "+" button.  

    • You can remove meals in your order by clicking the "-" button. 

    • Note: You can edit your meal delivery days by selecting or deselecting days of the week at the top of the modal. This option is only available if multiple delivery days are offered. 

    4. Click the button labeled "View Changes" in the bottom right-hand corner of the modal to see your edits.


5. Review the subscription summary that displays showing the delivery day, the number of meals, and the new order total. There will also be a note to inform you when your changes will take effect.


6. Click the button labeled "Save" in the bottom right-hand corner of the modal.


 


7. Select the checkbox next to your active order as well as the checkbox at the bottom of the modal next to the update acknowledgement note. 

  • Note: The acknowledgment explains that only your selected orders will be updated with your subscription changes.
  • Note: Changes cannot be made to orders in the past or that are now past cutoff. 


8. Click the button labeled "Save" in the bottom right-hand corner of the modal.


9. A pop-up will appear at the top of the modal letting you know that your subscription has updated successfully before exiting out of the modal automatically.
