Summary: Meal labels are stickers placed on prepared food containers that provide essential information about the meal. They are used to ensure clarity, safety, and convenience for both the provider and the consumer.
1. After logging into KMS, you can access your meal labels using one of the following methods:
a. Scroll down on your dashboard to the Production section and click "Meal Labels" as seen in the first picture below.
b. On the left-hand navigation bar, click Production and then click "Meal Labels Report" from the drop-down list as seen in the second picture below.
2. On the Meal Label Report page, click on the Meal Date box and select the date you want to print meal labels for from the calendar picker.
a. Note: You will only be able to print meal labels for dates that fall on your designated delivery days.
3. Next to the Meal Date, click on the box titled Program and select the program you would like to print meal labels for from the drop-down menu.
a. Note: This is only required and will only display if you have multiple programs.
4. On the right-hand side, you can choose the meal label size you would like to print by using one of the following methods:
a. To print 10x3 labels, click on the green button labeled "Print 10x3" on the right-hand side shown in the first picture below.
b. To print 4x2 labels, click on the green button labeled "Print 4x2" on the right-hand side shown in the second picture below.
c. To print a 1x1 label, click on the green button labeled "Print 1x1" on the right-hand side shown in the third picture below.
5. Navigate to where your browser's downloads live to access your meal labels PDF file and open the file.
a. Note: The picture below represents an example of how this file download will look if you are using the Chrome browser.
6. The PDF file will display your meal labels in the format you chose (e.g., a depiction of 10x3 meal labels is shown in the picture below).
